  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@datingandmoney.com with your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement if the issue is verified. No refunds will be issued.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and ingredient lists prior to purchase. We are not liable for allergic reactions, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction with the product’s performance.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping fees, including original and return shipping (if applicable for replacements), are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

  • Manufacturer Defects: If a product has a verified manufacturer defect (e.g., a broken seal on supplements or a torn clothing item upon arrival), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may provide a replacement at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued.

  • Legal Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If a product is deemed faulty or not as described under state or federal law, you may have additional rights that supersede this policy.
